Media Credentials

Credentialed media will have access to complimentary registration and welcome to attend all EVS29 program events.

How to register for EVS29 as a member of the media:

• After reviewing the requirements below, please submit an email request and credentialing verification to communications@evs29.org. Requests for media credentials will be reviewed by the Electric Drive Transportation Association.   
• Prospective registrants that meet eligibility criteria will receive a media confirmation code via email. Please add communications@evs29.org to your safe senders list.
• Use this confirmation code to complete your complimentary online registration at www.evs29.org. 

NOTE: EDTA reserves the right to refuse media registrations. Media representatives must be prepared to present organizational identification upon on-site registration at EVS29.

Credentialing requirements:

To be credentialed, please submit appropriate verification in digital or link format to communications@evs29.org, indicating the interested party meets at least one of the following criteria:

• Represents a commercial newspaper, magazine or website funded by subscription or paid advertising. An internal organization publication or website does not qualify as a commercial publication.
• Represents a publication issued by a government agency. Note: this does not include contracted and/or support organizations.
• Freelance writers must show documentation from a commercial news organization, as described above, that they are on assignment to cover EVS29.
